Spyware and Virus, HELP!

My pc is infected with spyware and viruses My pc is going to run slower!
And now i need help!
Do ya know any good Anti-virus or Anti-spyware software?
If yes, where can i download it?

Get norton anti virus and norton system works because it will detect any virus and for spyware DELETE it because it sucks and makes your computer much slower.

Windows Defender at http://www.microsoft.com/ is a good way to remove spyware. Do a google search for Adaware and SpyBot and see what comes up; they also do a good job. All of these solutions don't require paying anything, and are not spyware themselves (some "anti-spyware" programs really are spyware).

If you have anti-virus software, don't forget to go to your System Properties by right clicking My Computer, and turn off System Restore before you check for viruses and reboot your computer. Otherwise, your computer could get infected again.

Norton's not very good at all..

Try Googling AVG free and Lavasoft Ad-aware SE personal, they're quite good.

I downloaded and instaled AVG, like BF suggest.
And now is my pc faster!
I get no messages about virus anymore!

I forgot about spybot and we have it and it works wonders for spyware removal.
