Sorry if this is unbelievably clear, but does Spiritomb AR lock just trainers, or supporters and stadiums too? As a side note, what is the difference between "trainer" and "trainer card?"

Spiritomb AR only locks trainers. Trainers, Supporters, and Stadiums are all considered different types of cards.
