Unfortunatly I do not have the berrys that delete EVs so unless you do I can't sorry

Italian block I don't have time to breed the combee but I can do spiritomb or elekid.

they are the ones that make pokemon friendly but lower a certain stat

I will plant them and should actually be able EV train your salamence but it will take a little bit

Yes Just use them in every stat until it won't go lower and I need the stats that you want him trained in

Also do you care if I use pokerus?

That would hurt it more than it helps. I would recomend 2-3 diferent stats because I can only give it a certain number of EVs. Try reading this http://www.serebii.net/games/evs.shtml
Also what can you give more for EV training (it must be good because it isn't always easy.

OK, If you can give me a MALE Togepi w/Thunderwave and holding Light stone it'll be OK.
