Ruling Special Energy Cards?

Which is correct?
1) You can have as many Special Energy Cards as you'd like in your deck.

2) You may only have 4, in total, in your deck.

3) There is no limit, but you still have to follow the rule and may only have 4 of one kind.

The third one. You can only have maximum 4 of each kind, but you can have as many kinds of Special Energy in your deck as you wish.
