Ruling Special Conditions

I need a refresher on Special Conditions. Do I have this right?

Confusion: You can retreat, but if you try to attack then you fip a coin. If tails, the attack is cancelled and you take 20.

Paralyzed: Can't do anything. No Retreat, no attack, etc. You can use Powers, Bodies, Abilities right?

Poisoned: Take 10 inbetween turns.

Burned: Flip inbetween turns. Tails you take 20.

Asleep: Flip inbetween turns. If you hit tails then you can't attack or retreat. Can you use PokePowers/PokeBody/Abilities?

I know if an Ability/Power/Body says "You can't use this Body/Power/Ability each turn if affected by a Special Condition" means you can't use it.

EDIT: I mean by asking about no Power/Body is if the Condition itself stops you from using them. Like if Ability Samurott BW is Asleep, if being Asleep cancels the Ability. But I got my answer. Thanks guys.

Confusion: Put THREE damage counters on. Not two.

With confusion you take 30, not 20. Everything else seems to be in order I suppose.

Well you answered your own question about if you can use the powers or not. There are some you can use if the Pokemon is affected by a special condition. And about poison, confusion, and burn. They are all placing damage counters on the Pokemon. Not straight damage.
