tl;dr:
I'm nearly always available at 5:00PM until 1:00AM (give or take an hour).
I'm not really sure what people are looking for, but I'll try to mention all the things I have that I think are worthwhile.
-All Kalos and Kanto Starters. If you're interested just say so and I'll find the natures (I'm a noob to in-game stuff; I usually do simulators, so I'm not sure how to tell what the IVs are, but if you want me to, I'll try to find out).
-Lots of Eevees. Most with Brave or some other crappy nature. (And most of these were caught, not bred). I have a female Japanese one with Adaptability
-A female Larvitar which I can breed in case you want an egg =)
-Scraggy, level 10: Adamant Nature, Moxie Ability (super dope)
-a Modest Noibat with Frisk (female) and a Timid Noibat with Infiltrator (male)
-A Hasty ( :/ ) Japanese Kirlia (male)
-Italian Hawlucha (Careful Nature, Unburden Ability)
-Japanese Avalugg (Gentle Ability, Own Tempo Ability)
-Japanese Female Wobbuffet (Bold Nature, Shadow Tag Ability)
-A Bold Vaporeon with Water Absorb (level 20)
-An Eevee with Pokerus.
