If HP scores across the board increased it would actually combat power creep: a lot of current OHKO attacks would stop being OHKO attacks.

I think all EX Pokemon should have maybe 250 HP with the way the game is going. The prize exchange is all kinds of messed up.

Surely a move that can only be used once per match would be more powerful? 250 damage would be better I think because not only is that a guaranteed OHKO on every existing card (correct me if I'm wrong), but it would also, probably, come with a slight HP creep on Megas and GX cards.
