No, If you use Shadow room you will still have to flip.

Skuntank G's Smokescreen attack requires you to flip for any and all attacks.
Follow-up
(Even attacks that don't actually do damage to your opponents pokemon you have to flip for, ex. Scrunch, Recover, Bonus leaf, etc)
You can get rid of this affect by switching or retreating your Pokemon.
Unown G is a good way to protect yourself from the effect of Smokescreen.
