STRATEGY:
The main idea is to swam the battlefield with Rocket's Weezing and Koffing to deal a consistent 240 damage to the opponent. The retrieval items are intended to consistently ensure a full bench to fuel Rocket's Weezing. Combine the raw beatdown with massive amounts of hand disruption to slow the opponent down buy some turns to enable Rocket's Weezing to trade-up when faced with two-prize Pokémon.
