Draw power? Jk, it is the worst of the primes and I have no idea what they were thinking when they made this card.

Slowking is pretty big in my area.
Also, it's for mind fudge purposes. Who doesn't like his opponent's reaction when there's 2 copies of your strongest card on the top of your deck?

The chances of you having both of the top two cards being cards you want right then are pretty low. Its the worst prime by far-normal Slowking is way better.

Slowking from hg/ss and CoL is way better than the prime version.

Slowking is horrible, just mindgames for Rogue decks and trolling. Great with other Troll cards such as Vanilluxe, Metagross UD, and more. I should make a troll deck someday.

It's not useless; it's just not good enough to be competitive. I'd only possibly every play it in a deck with Slowking HG/SS/CoL
