I've been playing Platinum recently, and have decided to go for all shinies of the legends in the game. This raises a question-When is shininess for Mesprit/Cresselia/Maybe the birds(If I can't find my SoulSilver) determined? Is it when you first activate them, or the first encounter? Thanks in advance.
