Help Shining Card Ruling?

I know that you could only have one of each shining pokemon in your deck, but does this apply to the Shining Legends cards?

The players guide that came with the shining legends guide says that this rule has changed. You can now have 4 of each.

Fun fact: in Legacy games, you can use Miraacle Energy (Neo Destiny) on the new Shining Pokemon.
