Ruling ~Sharpedo SW v. Holon WP+Water Energy~

If I had a Empoleon with the Holon WP and a Basic Water energy attached and a Buffer Piece. Then my opponent had a Sharpedo SW that attacked my Empoleon would its attack be reduced because Holon WP say "prevents all effects of attacks", but Sharpedos attack says "don't apply Weakness, Resistance, POwer/Bodies or any other effects on the defending Pokemon".

So My question is what would be the outcome of this conflict.

After analyzing the Sharpedo card, Strike wound will STILL do 80 damage since THe +20 is an addition to damage calculation NOT an effect on an attack done to empoleon.
