Completely lock out practically everything with the toad, garb and various items. LaserBank for additional damage as the toad only does little.

RE: Garbordor/Seismitoad

Have you considered Lysandre's Trump Card? It's pretty useful in Toad decks since it recycles all of your hammers and Lasers. While it does also give your opppent their resources back, they will have missed so many energy attachments and been unable to play items to set up that you should be far ahead regardless. A couple of Head Ringers would also do nicely here, as they will make it hard for your opponent to attack, especially with the hammer spam. A single Mewtwo-EX could also come in handy, maybe even two. I feel that with Seismitoad's low damage output it's important to have a backup attacker that can take critical KOs when you need to. Mewtwo is probably the best option since it hits pretty hard for just a DCE and you can power it up further if needed.
 
What good is one Water Energy going to do you? You can't power up Grenade Hammer or even Quaking Punch with it. If you're going to play Water Energy, you should have at least two. Otherwise, it's kind of pointless.
