How come the english release of Unleashed didn't get the scyther? Are we getting it in the next set. Its probably one of the best looking cards ever.

Because PUSA said so.
 
We will most likely get it in the next set, along with Scizor Prime, Houndoom Prime, and all the other cut cards from Revived Legends.
 
unleashed was not suppose to be revived legends. they only took the primes from that set
our next set will most likely be revived legends and lost link, along with some of the promo primes to keep it 6 primes per set
 
I find it funny that this card got cut from HSU considering it was the first card reviled, I'm kinda glad that Scizor Prime didn't come out, but that's just cause I would have had a bad matchup against it.
