For future reference, please clarify which Scizor you're talking about - there are two of them (from Majestic Dawn and Undaunted) with attacks/bodies that specifically factor in special energies. I will answer based on the assumption that you're talking about Scizor Prime from Undaunted. Whatever energies are attached to Scizor has no effect on the protection of his Poké-BODY. Neither does the amount of energies attached to him vs. what is attached to the attacking Pokémon. The only thing that matters is whether or not the Pokémon attacking Scizor has any special energy attached; if that is the case, it cannot do direct damage. Note that Scizor's BODY will not protect him from attacks that "place damage counters", such as Gengar SFs "Shadow Room" attack.
