Ruling Scenario question

Player A: Has a Flygon active, with a memory berry and a DCE, and has a flygon on the bench with a memory berry.

Player B: Has BTS out, and Electivire X with 2 energy on it, and other crap on the bench.

The Flygon player with the active Flygon and memory berry uses Sand Wall, destroys my stadium and gets invincibility. Now its Player B's turn, if he uses Pulse Barrier, and discards the benched Flygon's memory berry, will he:

A: Discard the active's as well, or is the active's berry safe thanks to Sand Wall, AND:
B: Will the Electivire gain invincibility for discarding the 1 tool, or does it need to discard every tool to get the invincibility? Just curious, sorry if this is difficult to understand...

Also, thank you to whoever answers this question.

A) He will not discard the active pokemon's memory berry.

B) He will gain immunity. To quote the compendium

Q. If Electivire LV.X's "Pulse Barrier" attack is used against a Defending Pokemon with Holon Energy WP and a basic Water Energy attached, I know you would not discard any tools attached to the Defending Pokemon, but you would discard your opponent's stadium. Does the attack's protective effect still apply in this situation?
A. Pulse Barrier does not check to see if all the cards are discarded. It checks if ANY cards were discarded, in order to start the protective effect. (Oct 25, 2007 PUI Rules Team)

If Electivire discards at least 1 tool or Stadium under the opponent's ownership, he gains immunity. The Active is safe thanks to Sand Wall, but the Benched one is not. Because the Benched Flygon's tool was discarded, Electivire gains immunity.
