Saturday, 3/31, Worlds Press Release

I dunno about this... It seems sort of ridiculos (free cards are cool but...) this is supposed to be WORLDS, not a booster draft.
 
Yeah it's nice that they're promoting the D/P set at Worlds but they don't have to change the entire 2nd half of the tournament for a mere booster box draft. It would be more about your luck with drafting the good cards than skill in making a decent deck. That is if they don't allow trading. Kinda unfair really. It would have been much better if they just did a side booster draft for everyone who didn't make top whatever-number. People play for World Champion with their OWN decks, not having to make a 30 card deck from lucky draws...
 
I bet these are the same guys as a while ago. After all it does say "Turkez"

(I have a feeling someone who was permanently banned is behind this.)
The people who messed the forum up made a thread saying something I don't understand.

It's like they were drunk and on drugs when they came up with that, huh?
 
Well, at least they have a full box to make a deck of only thirty cards. It's much better than a pre-release tournament.
 
this whole thing had better be some april fools joke....worlds is going to be so messed up.
 
This is actually a nice idea. It introduces how the japenese players play every day and it will be interesting to see how the non-japenese players can adjust thier game to play in this format...I'm really looking forward to this.
 
Common this is not true it's a april fools joke be serious how many people will be geting thos cards they will los to much money for it when they do that.
 
I don't think that's a good direction for World's... They always have a prrelease and a league, but that's only inbetween games and after the rounds. So, do you have to do well in the first round to get to the second? It says you have to outplay the competition... That wouldn't be fair. (I take it that it's 1 round per day, because it took 2 days to finish when I went. It wouldn't be fair to be kicked out when you would normally keep playing). How many times have these Turkish hackers hacked us, anyway? (for real) Once last year, I know.
