So I'm using a psychic Silvally deck in expanded and I'm encountering an interesting interaction when I start with Bind Barricade Wobbuffet. If the Wobb is still active after I evolve and attach my psychic memory onto the Type Null, I still can't give my Wobb free retreat to switch. There is no indication that Silvally has lost its ability (why would it?, it's a psychic type) and if I put a Wobb into active while I already have a memory equipped Silvally I can retreat the Wobb for free as normal. If this is a bug where can I report it? If this is an interaction that makes sense within the reals can someone explain it?
