Is tool removal that relevant post rotation? This would go crazy agains klawf if it wasn’t for the fact that klawf is already dead in the water without DTE

drawback-free double colorless again would be fun, maybe. it's not like there isn't special energy hate floating around to keep it sane. i'd need to look closer into some places where math gets fixed by not losing 20 damage.

Other than the tool removal this card is outclassed by giacmo

Tool removal is half of the effect, you can't just ignore it and say it's outclassed. Without the Tool removal it's just Enhanced Hammer...as a Supporter. Which wouldn't make sense. So of course Giacomo is stronger in the Special Energy removal department, it would be a really bad card otherwise if it was equal or worse than half of Ruffian's effect.
