Oh, sorry, um how's this?

Lombre HP60

Protection Disk(1 Grass, 1 Water Energy)
During your opponent's next turn, when the Defending Pokemon attacks, prevent all damage and effects of that attack.

Sun Intesification(2 Water)(20)
The Defending Pokemon is now burned.

Weak:Electric

here is your reveiw:

1.60HP,bad,lombre should have 70HP.
2.U forgot to post Lombre's type which is should be water.
3.Lombre is water meaning unless it has a pokebody ehich makes it half grass it should not have an attack requiring grass energy.
4.Sun Intensification needs a flip of a coin to balance it out.
5.Lombre isn't resistence to water.
6.Lombre's retreat cost should be 1 ( C ) not 2 ( C )

Well, a great place for a wanna-be-a strategist like me :p. Anyway, nice idea, homemade reviews don't taste as good as a full-of-chemistry Pokebeach's Strategist's review, but it's sure healthier. Anyway, I'll remove this last phrase when I've made up a good fake.
 
CC's electrode

pretty good except for 3 thins:

1.Switch places of attacks.
2. Make Supersonic do 10 damage for 2 ( C ) cost & Thunder bolt 2 ( L ) & 1 ( C ) for cost & make it do 40 damage.
3.Electrode is fast,so Retreat Cost is 0.

ok,only if the hatchet is buried 65 miles beneth the erath's crust & is in a 4-inch thick titanium double banned concrete interior with a lock & combination that only i know & is gaurded by a mystical lava creature. Lets see u or Lara Croft get that:D

Anyway is ur reveiw tomo:

1.Change HP to 150,160 to much for a poke with 0 Retreat & Attack which does 120.
2.Static Wind,ok
3.Scoop & Scoop should be Swoop & Scoop for ti to make sense.& tone down 5 cards to 4.
4.EIETHER THAT^or make Linear Wing's damage 40 to balance it.
5.Besides getting tails & the attack not working,u shold put heads, and the Defending Pokemon is now Confused ddue to the attack being SUPERSONIC flight.
6.Weakness,Retreat & Resistence are all good.

1.HP should be 120.
2.unless Metagross is a basic,u should have more than one attack!!!
3.Hyper Beam can do more damage for 2( C ) & 2( M ) make damage 60
4.Weak,retreat & Resist all good.

2.Poke-Power ok
3.Attack should be worded like this:If the Defending Pokemon is Pokemon-ex,this attack does 40 damage plus 40 more damage.
4.Weakness & Resist are ok.
5.A chunk of your Retreat Cost is missing.

Doh. It was Swoop and Scoop in the original writeout, but Scoop and Scoop was just a typo. :p
Hm, I thought 160 HP was okay, as it has 2 weaknesses....
I disagree that it should be 4 cards versus 5, as EM Exploud is a Stage 2 that draws 3 for ©, and Pidgeot ex is a stage 2 ex that draws 5 for ©©. Oh well. I think it balances out.
Linear Wing: I thought it was pretty balanced for a stage 2 ex for ©©©...But yeah, my original writeout said 40.
Supersonic Flight: Actually, this move has been seen on other cards, (Can't remember them at the moment) so that's where I got the name. The ©©©© for hit-or-miss 120 is a move taken straight off DR Dragonite ex's card....
 
Well, about the "chunk" part..yea, I gotta agree that it's weird. But that's because I had to use the Magic Wand to add it, so, it's missing one part because of it.
 
Ok, Rick, due to the fact I have 2 Metagross with 100 HP, and 1 of them has 1 attack *sigh* I will try again.

Groudon HP90(Fighting)

Flip 2 coins. This attack does 20 damage times the number of heads.

Earthquake(3 Fighting, 2 Colorless)(80)

1.u forgot to post HP,which preferably should be 80.
2.Rayquaza unless Delta isn't a fire type,insted it is Colorless.I'm insuating that it is a Delta.
3.Outrage should be 30 plus 20 more damage for 2 energy(1 fire & 1 ( C ))
4.Dragon Warp should be 1 fire & 2 colorless & do 40 damage plus retreat & switch effect.
5.Rayquaza is resistent to both ( W ) & ( F )
6.everything else is ok.
