While I've still bought random cards just for the sake of collecting I haven't played in some time. Looking up info I see the rotation has just recently changed or is just about to. I'm interested in playing again and was looking to make a deck that is up to date with the 2017 rotation and is centered around my favorite card and one of my favorite Pokemon Sylveon EX from the Generations set.
However any deck recipe or advice I can find online for this deck is still using cards that will not be allowed in the 2017 format. So I am asking for any build advice or early recipes for the format.
