Get an Embroar and Reshiram out as fast as possible, use inferno fandango to get energy on Reshiram and use Blue flame. Burned Tower and Energy Retrieval to recycle energy Dual ball to get Reshiram and Smeargle. Dodrio to retreat, revive to get back KO'ed Reshiram's and Smeargle . Then use Ninetails to get Cards from your deck. Lithograph is to use if my deck isn't in a good arrangement.
