Yes, Chandyplume is still a decent play and here in NJ a couple of masters play it. I'm not sure how they do, but they run it.

I actually ran it at States and made top 16 with it. I got knocked out in the first round of top cut by Ryan Sabelhouse (spelling?) who actually went undefeated for the day, which did make me feel better about it. I've played the deck extensively and I really like it but Magnezone destroys it and MTC can also overrun it very fast if it isn't set up quick enough. Aside from that it has good matchups.

The bottom line though is that It's just too flippy. I've won just as many games as I lost thanks to SSU and Brave Fire flips.
