Strategy:

Hello!! I'm here with a lock deck with techs. The mail goal is energy denial. With Team Flare Grunt, Xerosic, and Enhanced hammer you can remove your opponents energy quite easily, but Registeel also can discard an energy with his second attack.

Now the Techs. Regice has the attack resistance Blizzard which doesn't let it get damaged by exs. Regirock can hit for 120 with it's attack and since it's a fighting type it destroys Mega TTar. Magcargo is basically the same as Regirock except it destroys Mega Sceptile as well as slugma can discard a grass energy with its attack.

Please Leave any suggestions or questions below, Thanks!!
Regice – Water – HP120
Basic Pokemon

[W][C] Ice Beam: 30 damage. Flip a coin. If heads, your opponent’s Active Pokemon is now Paralyzed.

[W][C][C] Resistance Blizzard: 70 damage. During your opponent’s next turn, prevent all effects of attack, including damage, done to this Pokemon by your opponent’s Pokemon-EX.

Weakness: Metal (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 3

Regirock – Fighting – HP120
Basic Pokemon

[F][C] Rock Throw: 40 damage.

[F][C][C] Indomitable Rock: 60+ damage. If your opponent’s Active Pokemon is a Pokemon-EX, this attack does 60 more damage.

Weakness: Grass (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 3

Registeel – Metal – HP120
Basic Pokemon

[M][C] Iron Head: 30x damage. Flip a coin until you get tails. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads.

[M][C][C] Imprisoning Hammer: 70 damage. If your opponent’s Active Pokemon is a Pokemon-EX, discard 1 Energy attached to it.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 3

Color-Drained City – Trainer
Stadium

Between turns, place 2 damage counters on each Mega Evolved Pokemon in play.

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can’t play this card.

I don't think you need Regirock. He doesn't add to the strategy of the deck (energy denial) and only makes things more complicated. Your basic energy count is a bit low, meaning that if those energy dissapear, you'll be walled out by Aegislash-EX, who is a pretty common sight in toay's meta. Metal Toad could reap through your build.
i want to keep regirock because of mega ttar and my strategy for aegislash is silent lab.

Two Stadiums is a bit of a gamble; those 2 slots for Silent Lab could be used for more consistency cards or to buffer the draw engine. Are you entirely sure you need both?
