Redshark Ubuntu

I've installed Redshark in Ubuntu 9.04 (Linux), and when I launch the program, the splash screen shows up, fades off, and no program shows up. Is there any way for me to get this program running on Ubuntu?

exe/msi in Ubuntu

Wine.
It's under Add/Remove Programs. I'm not sure if it's canonically updated, though, so make sure that all programs are shown, not just the canonically updated.

So does it use some sort of Windows emulator?
