Ruling Re: Ditto Max HP

In a recent thread, it was 'answered' that Ditto does not gain an extra 20 HP from Expert Belt, but I have always played the other way due to it being judged that way in tournaments and what not. SO...
Crobat G + Expert Belt vs. Ditto. Ditto has 100 HP.
Yay or nay??

The previously posted thread was answered correctly. In your scenario, Ditto would have 80 HP (Crobat G's base HP).

Per the compendium (emphasis mine):

Q. Say Ditto is Active against a Ralts with 60 HP printed on it and Snowpoint Temple stadium is in play. Does the "Ditto DNA" Poke-BODY give it 60+20 HP, or does it copy Ralts' adjusted Maximum HP which is 80 and then also get the bonus from the Stadium giving it a total of 100 HP?
A. Ditto copies Ralts' 60 HP for a total of 80 HP with Snowpoint Temple in play. In other words, Ditto is always copying the Defending Pokemon's HP as written on its card. (Aug 7, 2008 PUI Rules Team)
