Hey, this deck of mine is not so great, so I would love if you could help me before Cities start. The only card I want to deffinatly keep in this deck is Rayquaza & Deoxys Legend and that takes 2 Fire, 1 Lightning, and 1 colorless, so please do not suggest anything other than the previously mentioned types unless you konw what your talking about.

It would help a great amount if you put the Set names (for the Pokemon).
Since these aren't really commonly used cards in the game, it's kinda hard to tell what your talking about.
Once I know which Pokemon are from which Sets, I will be able to critique you properly :)

Drop all the pokemon except for Deoxys and Rayquaza.
Make the pokemon line like this:
2-2 DRL.
3-3/4-4 Bronzong TR
2/1 Uxie LA

The trainer line:
4 Bebe's search.
4 Legend Box.
4 Pokemon Communcation.
2 Indigo Plateau.
I Don't have really experience with this kind of decks but you need something like this above my post.

I am Printing Proxies for it until I get all of those cards right now. Thank you and I will let you know if the Deck is good or not. (It probly will be good, though)

This is a more stable TSS Line, with PONT you can refresh your hand when needed, Warp Point over Switch, because you can "help" your opponent with switching.
Also one more Interviewer's, just because it isn't the most consistent way to get energy.

That list is good but don't forget junk arm. Don't really know how many cards are in this deck now so i don't know if anything is needed to put it in. But if you have the room put in at least 2 junk arm.

You need better energy attachment. My suggestion is either Electrode Prime or Typhlosion Prime.
 
I agree with Tyraniking. Unless there is a reason we missed, :

-5 Water Energy
-1 Upper Energy

+3 Double Colorless Energy (For DRL's energy cost)
+2 Rescue Energy (For quick recovery)

Otherwise, keep up the good work! Legend decks will always be fun.
