Ruling Rayquaza Dragon Vault

So, since Dragon Vault is illegal for Regionals, but reprints in Dragon Vault ARE legal, what would I put down for Rayquaza (Dragon Vault) in the decklist? http://pokebeach.com/scans/dragons-exalted/128-rayquaza.jpg

I'm using one Dragons Exalted Rayquaza (shiny) and one Dragon Vault one, so would I just write it as 2 Rayquaza DRX 128?

Put the shiny Rayquaza as DRX 128, and the non-shiny one as DV 11. If you have multiple versions of a Pokemon card (e.g. Terrakion NVI), you must list each separately.
