Your list looks good, but you can improve a little imo:
Run hex instead of ranger ( Tina can lyzandre and OHKO your garb and you can play around vileplume box without ranger).
You dont usually need Rod, i dont like it.
I leave the best for the end, Skyla! The most game changing card for M Mewtwo decks.
Having megaturbo/shrine/link at the right moment makes all the difference, give it a try!
