Edit: I had a go at making one. I found a sprite of the main character on the internet, and I used the pokesho website you mentioned to get a sprite of Prinplup.
It's my first spritish thing, so tell me what you think. =D

LV, dont be like that....we all know Cosplays were DEFINITELY not you're idea. I've seen them on so many other sites WAY before you posted this. Nobody needs to give credit here....thats like saying you should give credit to someone for a regular Trainer Card or banner....come on now, you know better than that.
