Ruling Rare candy alike text?

So are all rare candy useable at sanctioned tournaments as long as they read the same? I'm looking to buy some rare candy online, but, I don't know if I should buy only great encounters or not.

All Rare Candy are usable. I did check the Pokemon OP website and for Rare Candy you do not need a current ref. You can use any Rare Candy from any set.
