Ruling Rainbow Float Poke-Body?

Flygon from RR Poke-body says...

Rainbow Float

If any basic Energy card attached to Flygon is the same type as any of your pokemon, the retreat cost for those pokemon is 0.

My question is, how would this work in a colorless pokemon's case?
Im thinking it's impossible for colorless pokemon, but I'd rather ask then assume so. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is impossible. There isn't any Basic Colorless Energy. Never has been, either.

It would have to be a colored basic energy for the Poke-Body to trigger...

There is no basic Colorless energy, so Colorless Pokemon couldn't be affected by Rainbow Float
