this is anti-meta raikou. main point of deck is to get n energy in the lost zone and put raikou in the active and get an attack or two off. if the opponent plays zoro anything or pikarom, you start placing marshadow. if they play zapdos or any one-prize attackers you streamline raikou attackers. need some consistency help if you could find any way to.

I play a GX-less version of Raikou/Zapdos. I suggest revamping your supporter lines. Upping your counts of Lillie to 4 and Volkner to 3 should provide a consistency boost. Getting either in your starting hand increases your odds of getting lightning energy in the lost zone ASAP. Saving the Lele for mid to late game is pretty useful—especially with your low count of Guzma. I hate to recommend Zapdos, but it’s quite good for when your opponent knocks out your Raikou faster than you can recharge them.

no. only got one online, and i have very little to trade
Lol, welcome to the "1 jirachi pulled from packs will have to do" club.

Order pads have been seeing play in pikarom, they might be good here as well, and as for 2 energy attackers, you already have koko prism to power up 2 of them and thunder mountain to cheat at least 1 more attack, so you might not need any help with that, but if you do, naga plus energy switch or magearna plus exp share could work well.
