Pros
-Snipes for 100, 1HKOing quite a few things and 2HKOing the rest.
-Works well with eels.
-Can paralyze with the first attack to buy you a turn.
-One retreat makes it easy to switch out.
Cons
-Low damage output for first attack makes it meh.
-Fighting weakness sucks.
-The fact that you have to discard energy to do big damage slows it down (even with eels, you still need the set up).
8/10 for playability. It's good, but it needs a good setup to be used to the fullest. Myself, I'd rather use catcher/Zekrom EX (kills a lot more), but Raikou isn't a bad alternative.
