Only if that pokemon sent to the Lost Zone had been knocked out. For example, if it had been knocked out by Giratina Lv. X. Your opponent would draw a prize for knocking the pokemon out, and the KO'd pokemon would go to the Lost Zone. Otherwise, no.
 
The lost zone works like Ko'ing any pokemon really. If you KO any pokemon (unless sprecified) you get a prize. No matter where it goes, you WILL get a prize. However, just a pokepower going to lost zone (palkia G), then no prizes, as you KO'ed nothing.

If you K.O. something, you get a prize. If nothing is K.O.ed, then no prize. That simple.
