1. If my opponents use flygon's Sand wall (RR) and discarding my Stadium, Can my Salamance (SW) attack it by using Direct Hit attack?

2. If my opponents prize are already 3... I have Charizard (SW) in bench, and my Active was Charizard (AoA), does my active charizard do 50 more damage to the defending pokemon?

#1. Yes it can, because it states that, "it is not affected by any other effects on the defending pokemon"

#2. No it doesn't, Because Charizards SW body refers to itself. Not any other charizard.

1. Yes. Salamence's Direct Hit ignores Weakness, Resistance, Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies and any other effects on the Defending Pokemon. Flygon's Sand Wall is an effect on Flygon. And I guess this situation is the same as this ruling;

Q. Would Misty's Stayu's (the one that does damage regardless of Weakness/Resistance/Pokémon Powers/effects of attack) do damage to a Raichu/Rapidsah/Seadra/Fearow/Blaine's Ponyta that got a heads on Agility? Cause Agility says prevent all effects of attacks, and the game text of the Staryu's attack IS an effect.
A. Yes it would still do damage, it ignores the effect from the Agility as stated on the card. (August 17, 2000 WotC Chat Q165)

2. No. Charizard's Fury Blaze Poke-Power is a Self Referencing Poke-Power. In other words, it only affect Charizard SW himself. Other Charizards will not be affected by the Fury Blaze Poke-Power...

hmm..
I see...
so how about this case..

If my opponents use Blaziken FB 's Jet Shoot, does my salamance (SW) do 40 more damage to it, if I use Direct Hit attack?

No, it will just do 50 Damage because salamences attack says,
"This attacks damage isnt affected by weakness, resistance, pokepower, pokebodies, or any other effects on the defending pokemon."
