Discussion Pyukumuku

After my friend destroyed my Mega Ampharos/Luxray BREAK/Machamp BREAK/ Kommo-O-GX/ Tappu Koko-GX/ Tapu Bulu-GX. (they were all one lines, I didn't know how to play 3 years ago) my friend and I have been wanting to make a deck featuring Pyukumuku. So far I think it would pare well with Victini-GUR and some disruption cards, but I would like a few suggestions if you find this idea interesting.

I don't think it's viable, but your best bet is probably something with burst balloons, shrines, and eco arms - force them to attack and punish them for doing so. Fliptini might help making that attack less terrible but the downside is that benching it offers a guzma target and a prize you don't take 60 damage for taking. Shedinja and life dew are also options to force even more knockouts, and you might want counter energy and the spread tapu lele for the endgame because it's fairly easy to retreat around pyukumuku's ability and have a bunch of damaged pokemon instead of a KOed one.
