I want to know your opinion.
Have you guys notice that a pokemon card that is graded by PSA has a higher sell price than the identitcal card graded by BGS?
I am just curious why in the pokemon card or gaming industry, collectors will rather have a PSA graded card over a BGS graded card. I favor the BGS cases because it is more durable and tamper-evident. Not to say that the PSA cases aren't either.
I think that the BGS cases has a more appeal and the labeling is more fitting in a sense. I know in the sports card industry, collectors favor a card graded by BGS rather than the identitcal card graded by PSA.
I believe that BGS has a more strict grading policy/procedure and it is really rare to get a card to receive a 10 (PRISTINE) grade by the company. It feels/seems like PSA hands out PSA 10 (Gem Mint) grades all the time. Escpecially towards Japanese cards.
Tell me what you think and feel about the topic.
