I just got back into collecting, but I've changed my interests to PSA 10 graded holos from the Base - Neo sets along with rare sets (red/green gift set/CD promo cards/etc.) and eBay seems the best place to find these. In your experience, who are reputable eBay sellers of PSA cards? I'm well aware they have their reputation laid out with ratings on their page, but I'd prefer to hear from personal experience on who truly is selling quality cards.
