The Pokémon TCG world needs its own reality show.
Scalpers camping out at 4am, grown adults brawling over booster packs, and kids left staring at empty shelves. It’s chaos, drama, betrayal — all over cardboard. Netflix, do your thing. “Pokémon: Card Wars” coming soon.

I hate to be the one to say this, but all arent scalpers. I collect and play, and I sit out and wait very often, not as often as I would hope, and some people make it super hard to even make it worth it. But I just want to open some packs man.

That might be true for your area but not others, I’ve seen some of the line-ups that occur in my city and I was able to recognize several of them as being collectable show vendors or LGS owners.
 
With the Prismatic Evolution coming back out at Costco, let's pray as Members that we get even a chance with BOT snagging up everything insight. We can't beat the speed of a BOT barrage.

I love to open packs with my Nephews. Thats how I spend my time hanging out and learning to play.

The last time Costco put a Pokémon TCG product up on their website it was fairly easy to score so long as you kept a close eye on the usual PTCG restock accounts.

As far as bots are concerned I think Costco’s membership system along with their 1-product-per-account-per-24-hour-period limit actually discourages a lot of the low-level scalpers that are actually damaging the hobby. The real issue is that business accounts have a higher product limit than consumer accounts.
