Help Premier rating, what is it?

So, I understand premier events and premier rankings. I just want to know more about premier ratings. I’m going through my play Pokémon page and stumbled across this and I have never seen it before

How is it calculated? What is considered a “good” premier rating? What determines how much a premier rating is increased or decreased after a match?
