• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Might I suggest replacing the rough seas with Shrine of Memories? Just seems like a better option if you are going to have Poliwrath as your main attacker.
Replacing Olympia and Celebi-EX with another Octillery line in case one is prized.
Take out the Fighting Fury Belts because they only benefit the Poliwag, Suicune, and Celebi, and the Hammers. Try adding another Archie and Battle Compressor, also add in a Teammates and maybe and a Float Stone could help especially with Poliwag's low hp and the retreat cost.
But I do like the idea of the deck and never thought of teching in the Max Potion, it seems to work well with Politoed 's abillity.
