Ruling Pokemon with Auto Tails

Hello, I remember seeing a pokemon that has a poke-power/body? that says something like "Everytime the defending pokemon flips a coin it is always tails.", I have a friend that uses a Sceptile and it's dual-cut kinda intimidates me.. I feel rushed to kill it. But with that then I don't have to worry about it since it will always be tails!
