Wigglytuff GE puts both active pokemons go to sleep.
Hypno HGSS require you to flip a coin for sleep condition.
one of Darkrai has a come into play power that puts the defending pokemon to sleep.
Ivysaur SV puts the defending pokemon to sleep but only when you evolve Bulbasour to Ivysaur.

May I also add that Vileplume LA's PokePower puts the Defending Pokemon to sleep if you use your 1 energy per turn to attach a {G} energy to it. (Attaching a {P} to it for the turn poisons the Defending Pokemon instead so it's a pretty fun Special Condition threat.)
