Hi, I recently started a new game in my Ruby, and my Breloom is now level 45. So, he is now available to learn the move Mind Reader. I have a question about that move. If Breloom is battling a Ghost-type pokemon, would Mind Reader let him use a Fighting-type move on the Ghost-type? For example, if Breloom was battling a Gengar, and he used Mind Reader on Gengar. Could I use a move like Sky Uppercut without fail?
