So I'm aware you're allowed to use reprints of trainers as long as there is a current one in format, but would you be allowed to do the same with reprints of Pokemon? (I know no official rotation has been announced, but for the sake of this question, assume BLW has been rotated but NXD has not) Take this Emboar for example. It was first printed in BLW, but got a reprint in NXD. If the first one was rotated, but the reprint was not, would I be able to use the BLW one in tournaments? I know it's got the same name, but I know it's different for Pokemon, otherwise we'd have every Pokemon legal. So, how would this work? Would I just be able to use the NXD Emboar, or would I be able to use the BLW one as well because it's a complete reprint? Thanks.

Yes, you would still be able to use the reprinted Pokemon.
