http://xipog.110mb.com/index.php?fpp=30&did=6&fid=10 You make a LV X for a pokemon you think needs one, The Pokemon can be any of 493 pokemon but if you choose to do Shaymin or Arceus, you need to make a card for them too as there's no card for those too.

YOu need to add more details. HOwever, I might join, just because Ive been joining a lot of contests lately

If my understanding is right, we need to create a card for a regular Shaymin or Arceus if we made the Lv X card for those (because there are no Arceus or Shaymin cards yet), right? So I included my regular Arceus card.

Exactly. The point of making a fake card is to make it "Fake". Like Charizard said....It doens't matter if it's broken.

Here we go. Here is Shaymin Level X. I need to still edit it, as you see the energies on the second line are mislined.
