Here's my first ever fan-fic. Hope you like it!

Pokemon Libet Region

Chapter 1: Choosing
“Finally” Luke said with joy. He was finally old enough to start his pokemon journey. He ran down the stair, said bye to his mom and was out in a flash.
Luckily, Professor Enit’s lab was just around the street. Josh ran in and went straight to Professor Enit.
“Good morning Professor Enit. Nice to see you,” said Luke
“Nice to see you too. I assume you are ready to get your pokemon?”
“Yep. I’m finally old enough. I’ve been studying and working hard for the journey.”
“Good. Follow me to the lab.”
Luke followed the professor into the lab. He led him to a small table with twelve pokeballs on it.
“Here they are. You may choose any pokemon you would like.”
“Alright!” Luke ran his fingers across the table, looking at each label near the pokeballs. He finally chose a pokemon from the fire group.
“OK. Go… Cyndaquil,” he said as he through his pokeball into the air. A blast of red energy blew out and out came a small Cyndaquil.
“Quilll!” It said with joy. Just then a kid came in to the lab
“I’m ready for my pokemon!” he said with defiance.
“All…” Without permission, he ran to the table to look at the pokeballs. He immediately took the pokemon next to where Cyndaquil had been.
“Go… Chimchar!”
“Chimchar!”
“Cool. May I have it?”
“Umm, well that’s what it’s there for. It yours umm.”
“Kevin.”
“Yes. Well it’s yours. Take care of it.”
“Thanks.” The guy walked out of the lab.
“Quil????”
“Well we better be off. Thanks for the pokemon Professor.’
Before he left Professor Enit gave him a pokedex and taught him how to use it. After, he quickly walked outside.

Chapter 2: Partners and Rivals
“Well, well, well. If it isn’t the kid with the cyndaquil. Having fun?” the kid said with a snickering voice. It was the guy from the lab. Kevin. They had both taken the path up to Kindle Town. It had a Pokemon Center that Luke had to get to. His cyndaquil, was weak after an attempt to catch a Starly. After Starly was weakened enough to catch it, Luke realized he had no pokeballs.
“What do you want?”
“A battle.”
“What? Can we get to town first. My cyndaquil is really weak. It needs some rest.”
“Whatever. I’ll wait so the baby can west a wittle. Hahaha!”
“Huh. What happened to your voice and your attitude from the lab.”
“Oh that, it’s just an act I play if I need something fast from an adult. So see yah in town.” Kevin walked a way.
“Quill,” cyndaquil moaned. It was weak.
“It’s ok. We’ll be there soon.” Luke returned cyndaquil and started to sprint to Kindle town.
***ten minutes later***
Slam!!
“Ouch! Watch where your going,” said a girl that Luke had just ran into.
“Oh. Sorry I… Hi,” Luke said staring at the girl. She was pretty and Luke made it show he though that.
“Where you going?”
“Huh. Oh umm,” Luke said coming back from dream land. “ I need to get to Kindle town. My cyndaquil is injured.”
“Well, lucky you, I know I short cut.”
“yahh…Lucky me,” Luke said starting to drift back to dream land.
I quick slap and a follow me put Luke back to senses. They quickly ran through the short cut and got to Kindle town.
Luke ran straight to the Pokemon Center, and the girl followed her. They sat and talked while cyndaquil was healing.
It turned out that the girl’s name was April and she was a pokemon trainer too. She had a Bulbasaur with her. They quickly became friends and decided to go with each other.
*** an hour later***
“Your cyndaquil is fine now. It’s getting late. Would you two like a room?”
“Sure,” was April’s answer. They went to bed and woke up they next morning.
They stopped at the PokeMart for pokeballs and items and then they were off to Gagical City and there first gym battle

Chapter 3: Fight Fire with Fire.
Before they could make it to Route 232 they were stopped by Kevin.
“Hey Luke. Did you forget our battle?”
“NO!” he shouted to Kevin. “That’s Kevin. He’s some guy that’s started to be my rival.”
“Stop taking to your girlfriend and let’s battle.”
“Fine. Go cyndaquil!”
“Go Chimchar!”
“Quill!” “Chim!”
“Use Ember.” “You too Chimchar.”
Both Embers hit.
“Try a smokescreen cyndaquil.” Smoke filled the stage
“Find out where it is and attack! Scratch.”
“Quill!” it yelled as it was hit.
“Now finish it with scratch!” “Use tackle!” They both collided in mid air and fell to the ground at the same time. They were both unable to battle. The match was a tie.
“Humph. We tied, but it won’t like that next time. I’m gonna beat you. Later.”
Once Kevin was gone, April said “That was terrible. Both of you suck.”
“Do not!” Luke said angrily.
“Don’t worry you’ll get better. I’m not that great myself.”
With that, they started walking towards Gagical City where their gym battle awaits them.

Next Chapter: Gagical City, the City of Steel

Chapter 4: Gagical City, the City of Steel
“Now, go pokeball!”
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, ping!
“Yes! Clefairy’s mine!” shouted April as she caught the helpless Clef airy.
“OK. Congrates. Now can we please go to Gagical City?”
“So persistent!”
The walked the rest of the route into the gate of Gagical City. There was steel pokemon all around floating and walking as if the owned the town.
“Hmmm… It says here that Gagical City is a popular place where steel pokemon come from all over Libet. It makes it a popular spot for training. Look, there’s a Magnemite and there’s a Mawile! How cool!”
“Yah, yah, yah. Let’s just get to the Pokemon Center, get some training done and then go to the gym. Luke trained his Cyndaquil to learn flame wheel, while Bulbasaur learned vine whip and Clef airy learned Metronome.
***Inside the gym***
“Gagic! I challenge you to a battle,” Luke shouted.
“Very well. It will be a two on two battle.”
“What!!!! But…umm…well I only have one pokemon.”
“Well then come back when you have two pokemon.”
“Wait! I have two pokemon,” said April. “I’ll battle you and by the time our match is over, Luke will have a second pokemon. Told you you should have caught another pokemon, but no you didn’t listen.”
“Fine. Let’s begin. Luke, I must ask you to leave. You can not know my strategy.”
*** Outside of the Gym***
“Let’s see. I could go back to Route 232, but there isn’t really anything good there.”
Just then a Bronzor passed by. “Or…”
After getting his second pokemon and training it until it was ready to battle, he healed his pokemon and went to the gym
“Gagic? I’m ready to battle,” said Luke as he walked through the steel doors.
“About time Luke,” said April “I won twenty minutes ago. What took you?”
“I had to train. I wasn’t going to let this battle go to waste.”
“Let’s do this. April, don’t say a word about my plan,” cautioned Gagic
“GO!!” “GO!!”

Gonna be gone for the next week so here is my last post for a week. Keep posting ideas for trainers and characters.

Chapter 5: The Strength of Steel
“Go Magnemite.” “Go Cyndaquil.”
“Ha! Cyndaquil has an advantage. This should be easy. Use Flame Wheel!”
“Dodge it and use Thundershock.”
Thundershock hit dead on. Cyndaquil went spiraling.
“ Shake it off and use ember!”
Magnemite was hit by a powerful ember.
“Attack it with Gyro Ball.”
“Cyndaquil quick! Use Smokescreen.”
Cyndaquil let out smoke and gyro ball missed by a mile.
“Now. Let’s take the advantage of animal vs. machine. Use your smell to track out Magnemite and then use Flame Wheel.”
“When you feel it coming, use thunderbolt!”
Cyndaquil attacked and Magnemite countered with Thunderbolt. They made a small explosion that swept away the smoke. When the battle field was clear, the winner was… Cyndaquil! Magnemite had been Knocked Out, but Cyndaquil was still standing.
“Return Magnemite! You did a good job. Now go my friend, Bronzor!”
“Bronz,” it said with confident.
“Bronzor and I have been with each other for a while. You won’t beat him easily!”
“Didn’t plan on it. Cyndaquil, use Flame Wheel.”
Cyndaquil charged at full speed.
“Of course. Bronzor, use Confusion,” he said with no emotion.
Cyndaquil was stopped immediately and flung to the other side of the battlefield.
“Looks like we’re stuck with non-physical attacks. Use Ember!”
“Let it hit you.”
“What!!!??? But it’s weak against fire!”
Cyndaquil’s ember hit Bronzor dead on. Bronzor barley flinched.
“That’s where you’re wrong. Bronzor’s ability: Heatproof, reduces fire damage. Anyways, Bronzor use Hypnosis!”
“Turn around! Quick!”
“Perfect! Now switch to Flash Cannon!”
With a blink of an eye, Flash Cannon attacked Cyndaquil and knocked it out.
“Return Cyndaquil. You did awesome. That was one strong Flash Cannon, but we’re not giving up. Right Bronzor?”
“Wow. A Bronzor. Nice catch, where’d you get it?” asked April
“Up near the Pokemon Center. It can pack a punch too.”
“Fine. We can handle a Bronzor. Use Gyro Ball.
“Extrasensory Bronzor.”
Gyro Ball was stopped and sent the other way. It ran straight into Bronzor.
“Perfect now let’s show ‘em a Confusion Ray”
Bronzor dodged it with ease.
“Let’s play dirty Bronzor! Use Solarbeam,” yelled Gagic.
“Quick! Will it’s loading up use Imprison, and then Iron Defense.”
Gagic’s Bronzor became shiny as it was imprisoned.
“Now you’re stuck with Solarbeam.”
Solarbeam was finally released and hit Bronzor with a blast.
“Bronzor get up and use Earthquake!!!!”
“Whoa. That’s a powerful move for Bronzor to learn,” said April
Bronzor rammed itself into the ground and caused a massive Earthquake. The entire gym shook. Gagic’s Bronzor was hurt badly. After the Earthquake was over, Gagic looked at the gym. It was a mess, but that didn’t stop Luke.
“Now finish him off with Extrasensory!”
Bronzor was lifted into the air and flung back. It fell to the ground with a thud.
“Return,” was all Gagic said. He walked up to Luke.
“Congratulations. You’ve won your first badge: the Metal Badge.”
“YES!! I won!”
With that, they walked out of the gym, to the Pokemon Center, and down Route 233 to Flaref Town and their next gym battle.

Chapter 6: Friend or Foe?
“What do you want for lunch April?”
“Don’t know. Anything.”
“OK. Good, all we have PBJ’s.”
“Umm… Hi,” said a kid that walked to them.
“My name’s Tom. Can I ask you guess a favor?
“Sure, I guess what do you need?”
“A battle? I need to train my Kecleon. I’m using it in a tournament and needs to be extra good.”
“Ok. I’ll battle you,” responded April. “But can it be a double battle? I need to train both of my pokemon. That is unless you don’t have two pokemon.”
“I do. That’s fine.”
“OK. Let’s start. Go Kecleon, and Spearow!”
“Go Clefairy and Bulbasaur. Clefairy use metronome and Bulbasaur use vine whip.”
Clefairy wiggled its fingers around and attacked with Mach Punch. Kecleon was hit hard while Spearow effortlessly dodged Bulbasaur’s vine whip and attacked with a Wing Attack.
“Good job Spearow. Use Aerial Ace and Kecleon use Lick on Bulbasaur. It was a perfect combo. Bulbasaur was paralyzed and then Spearow came in with Aerial Ace. Bulbasaur was blasted backwards.
“Bulbasaur!! Clef airy, help her out, use Lucky Chant and then Metonome.”
“Kecleon, get rid of that pest, use Psybeam. Spearow use Sand attack.
Another combo. Spearow attacked Clef airy and then Kecleon can for the kill.
“Perfect. Now finish off with Wing Attack and Shadow ball.” Both pokemon were knocked out. It was over. Tom had won.
“Wow. Not bad. By the way my names Luke and that’s April.”
“Hi. Nice to meet you. Thanks for battling with me.”
“So, where are you headed?”
“Flaref Town. There’s a tournament I’m entering. Why, where are you guys headed?’
“Same place. We are going to challenge the gym leader.”
“ers. Gym leaders. There’s two. There names are Firrey and Charrlie. They have four pokemon. But I guess you guys can do it at the same time. They challenge two people at a time there.”
“Cool. We could be a team.”
“Since we’re all going to the same place, why don’t we go together?”
“Sounds great, but to get to Flaref Town, there’s still one obstacle.”
“What?
“Shade Tunnel. I hear it’s tough on new trainers. We better be careful, there’s some strong ghost and dark pokemon in there.”
“Sweet! I’m gonna catch one.”
“Me too!”
“Well then come on.”

Chapter 7: Shade Tunnel: The road to Flaref

Luke, April, and Tom were walking along the path and as they got closer to the tunnel, the path became smaller, and the forest became more dead. Before they knew it they were head into the mouth of the cave.
“Wow. It sure is dark. Cyndaquil, light the way!”
A burst of light came out, and Cyndaquil popped onto the cold floor.
“Quill!” It shrieked from the coldness of the floor.
“Cyndaquil. Light us the way.” Cyndaquil lit up its back and the gang moved on. It took them a mere 30 minutes to get lost.
“Ok. That’s it. This sucks!” April screamed.
“What?”
“Obviously we’re lost. The tunnel isn’t that long.”
“Hmmm… I have heard that ghost play tricks on hikers and they get lost in this tunnel for days, but I think that’s just a-”
“WHAT!! People get lost in here. That’s it. I’m catching one of these ghost and we’re getting out of here.” April stormed off into a different direction.
“Wait! April we should stick togeth- ohh. She’s gone. Great.”
“Luke, we better follow her.”
“Right.” They quickly ran into the tunnel that April had gone into.
*** 30 minutes later***
“Ahhhhhh!”
“That’s April!”
“Bulbaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!”
“And bulbasaur. Come on.” Tom and Luke ran the way they heard April. When they found her, she was surrounded by ghost and dark pokemon. Lots of them.
“Guys. Help.”
“Go! Spearow, Kecleon.”
“Go! Bronzor!”
“Spearow, use Ariel ace. Kecleon, use lick!”
“Cyndaquil, use flame wheel, and Bronzor use Gyro Ball.”
All their attacks hit the ghost pokemon. They fled with fear. But there was one remaining.
“All right you jerk. Your mine. Go! Clefairy! Use. Scratch!”
Clefairy came out and used a scratch one the stunned Drifloon.
“You idiot! Normal doesn’t affect Ghost.” Clefairy went straight through Drifloon and ran into a wall.
“Oops. Return. Go, Bulbasaur. Use Bullet seed.”
“Floon!!” It hit Drifloon head on.
“Now use razor leaf and then vine whip.”
Drifloon got up and used an ominous wind that blasted bulbasaur.
“Saur!”
“Quick, use Leech Seed.” Bulbasaur let out a seed that hit Drifloon.
“Good. Now finish it of with stun spore.”
Drifloon fell to sleep with a thud.
“Go, pokeball!”
Wiggle, wiggle.
Wiggle, wiggle.
Wiggle, wiggle. Ping
“Yes. I caught a Drifloon.”
April sent out her newly caught Drifloon. It quickly started to use attacks on them.
“Stop! I know you’re scared. It’s alright. Once we get out of here, we’ll get you healed,” April said soothingly.
Drifloon calmed down and showed the gang the exit of the tunnel.
“Thanks…return. Have good sleep Drifloon.”
In the distance, they could see glowing lights. Just then, a shadowed figure came out of the forest.
“Welcome to Flaref Town. You’re in my hood now.”

I liked your story, I think it was kinda funny. But what i dont like about it is the names like the girls name is April, its like a copy version of May since both their name is months but its not my story so you can decide wether you should change it or not, and the names of the town and cities i dont get it sounds not like a city and like agian its not my story. But i think its good and funny, can you read my story too called pokemon striker story thankyou

Whoops. I didn't realize that april and may were related. Honestly I just made up the name on the spot. But april is a real name so...yah.

Chapter 8: Luke vs. Kevin: Battle #2
“Welcome to Flaref Luke. I see you got another friend.”
“What do you want?!”
“A rematch. In my home town.”
“This? This is your home town?” asked April.
“You got it. So is it a battle or not?”
“Fine. It’s on.” They both got into the appropriate poison to make a mediocre battlefield.
“Go Bronzor.” “Go…Tropius.”
“Tropius! Where did you get that?”
“I picked it up in the forest next to this town. It’s an excellent place to train your fire pokemon. Anyways, let’s battle. Use razor leaf!”
“Bronzor dodge it. Now use earthquake.”
“Tropius. Fly into the air.”
“It can fly!”
“You bet. Now use stomp.”
Bronzor was crushed under tropius’s strength.
“Bronzor!!! Use confusion to stop tropius’s foot.
”Fight back with your strength.”
Tropius pushed out of the psychic and crushed poor bronzor.
“Now one last time to finish it off. Use all your power.”
“Quick flash cannon.”
Bam!!
Tropius was sent flying.
“Now quick use gyro ball.”
“Hit it back with your wing.”
“Zor!!” it cried in pain
Bronzor was knocked out.
“Return. You did well. Now go… cyndaquil.”
“Used stomp again Tropius.”
“Cyndaquil, flare up your back.”
“Tropius!!!!” it screamed in astonishment.
“Now cyndaquil! Use Flame wheel at its wing.”
Tropius’s wing caught on fire.
“Tropp!!!!!”
“Stop screwing around you fool! Use razor wind.”
Tropius let out a gust that sent cyndaquil flying.
“Cyndaquil! Bite onto its wing.”
“Tropius!!” Tropius began to ran around the battle stage trying to shake Cyndaquil off.
“Now let go and use Flame Wheel!”
Tropius was sent spiraling and was Knocked Out.
“Return. Go Chimchar!”
“Use Flame wheel cyndaquil!”
“Grab it… Now use Seismic Toss.”
“0_o ???”
Cyndaquil sent spiraling into the air.
“When it comes back, hit it with mach punch.”
Just then Chimchar began to glow. It was evolving. Before Cyndaquil came down, Chimchar had evolved into Monferno. The newly evolved Monferno punched poor cyndaquil into the ground. He was knocked out.
“Good job Monferno. Let’s get out of here. Later Luke!”
“Man. That guy is tough,” Tom said finally after a long pause.
“I’m gonna get another shot at him. April, can we hold off our gym battle? I think we both need a lot of training if we’re going to win, let alone work as a team.”
“Sure, but I-”
“Great, then let’s go. All our pokemon need healing.”
“The lights are dark in the city. My pokemon can show use the way from the sky. Go Spearow, Valk! Help use get to Flaref.”
“Srearow!!” they said together.
They followed Spearow and Valk until the can to the pokemon center. They all got a room and went straight to bed. Tomorrow was going to be a long day for all of them.
