What I wanna know is where people find this kind of Pokemon art? I've seen a few other interesting skins on ebay that use authentic-looking and cool artwork that I've never seen before. Are they official wallpapers released before? From Japan-only toys and stuff?

The style indicates that it might be some kind of movie promotional art. Perhaps it appeared on a poster or DVD insert?

That's what I thought as well, but from where? It has to be after Diamond and Pearl since Staraptor and Chimchar, etc are in it. I just wanna make the full image my wallpaper Then poor Swablu will be whole again.
